Magic School Assemblies with John Reid
School assemblies should be fun AND educational. Too many are only one or the other. For over 30 years, World Record-holding magician John Reid has packed both into every show he brings to elementary schools across Long Island. His assemblies are built for grades K-5, with big laughs, real lessons, and plenty of audience participation. Dates go FAST, so contact John today while it's on your mind!
WHAT IS
MAGIC?
Let's face it: many kids think science is boring. But magic? They love it! This "stealth" STEAM assembly teaches Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math by revealing the secrets of magic, with GIANT magic wands, disappearing objects, and one student who FLOATS in the air.
Your students won't even realize they're learning!
Best of all, every student receives magic tricks to practice at home.
SECRETS OF
MAGIC!
Character education assemblies are often preachy and long-winded. Not this one! In "Secrets of Magic," students discover that the real secrets of magic aren't trap doors or hidden strings.
They're the 3 Keys of Magic:
Make it FUN, Think of OTHERS, and Do your BEST.
Along the way, kids build confidence, communication, and creativity, and learn it's okay to make mistakes, ask for help, and believe in themselves!
MAGIC, LAUGHS
& MORE!
Our family show for summer camps, company family days, and private parties! Perfect for kids ages 5-12 along with parents, grandparents, and other caregivers! This show is based on audience participation. During this engaging and interactive show, John selects several volunteers from the audience to assist him with the magic on stage. For his grand finale, John will take your guests on a make-believe airplane ride while he harnesses the power of imagination to levitate one lucky child!
